mowing, edging and trimming. We do everything required to maintain your
emerald isle of serenity. We are local family owned business since 1995
who takes pride in our work. You will always have the same 1 or 2 family
members on your property doing the work. We are Licensed & Insured.

by keeping up with technology offering secured credit card payments via online on YARDBOOK. We can have a card on file charged or sending an online invoice with a
payment link and you can also pay in person still. We also use Zelle for payment.

incomplete due to weather or holiday. If it’s because of the weather and we don’t service your place, full payment is still required. The weather is nobody’s fault and it just adds more work but we still keep the same scheduled day, same monthly price. We do offer a partial refund if we don’t show up if it’s anything not weather or holiday related such as canceling services and you pre paid.
We do not take vacations during the growing period because we insure to stay committed. Going in more detail of what to expect eliminates worries. Our maintenance prices are higher than other services because the cost of doing business has been steadily increasing. We have been forced to increase our prices slightly to make sure we are not making anything under minimum wage. The same as milk, you can’t pay what you used to for it and it’s the same with lawn care.

schedules. We currently offer only weekly or bi-weekly schedules
for yard maintenance. There is no contract, but we insist on
communicating to us within a 48 hour time period for any
changes. Communication and feedback is key, so please let us know how we
can make your experience the best for you. Please pick up after your
dogs or kids toys if laying around the yard. The monthly price divided by the times we service is what we make each visit.
Gardening understands the importance of holiday events. There are a
few holidays that we will not be open for. The holidays that we will be
closed for will include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any that fall on a
Monday. Phone calls and emails received on a vacation day will be
responded to promptly the following open day.
Locked Gates / Weather
make sure all backyards are accessible on your scheduled lawn care
visit. There will be no discounts for incomplete services due to locked
gates, etc. When it rains on the day of your service it's not the end of
the world. We will catch up the following week with double the work to
do at the same price unless we have to do something extra that is not
included in the regular service. We might not be out working when it rains but we are outside working when it's really hot during the summer.
Note: We are not responsible if you don’t have a pool cover and have planters next to the pool because eventually debris might get blown in no matter how carefully we blow, so please cover your pool. We are also not responsible if you don't have
pre-emergent down for your lawn to prevent weeds and you have weeds due
to not having a thick lawn. We are also not responsible if your lawn or plants die because you decided to water less. There is an extra charge if you bring plants
and would like them planted. Troubleshooting sprinkler systems comes with a $75 service fee. When we reseed a lawn, we expect the customer to water at least twice per day to insure germination. Once a day will not be enough.

- Can I get a quote over the phone?
No. We need to see your property in order to give a fair and accurate estimate.
Q- Can we request service on a specific day of the week or a specific time of the day?
We will try to accommodate your day request, but cannot guarantee it. We service specific locations on certain days of the week. We do not take time of the day requests.
Q- Do I need to be home for services?
No. as long as access to the backyard is available.
Q- Can you still service my backyard if my dog is in the backyard and he does not bite or he is chained up?
We cannot service the backyard if your pets are not secured in the house due to safety of all personnel and your pet.
Q- Can I call and skip a service visit?
If you skip a service visit, we cannot guarantee your current service day or price. We work on a schedule in order to provide you reliability and if someone calls requesting scheduled services, then we will place them in your slot.
